Chef Davis is a 2024 James Beard Finalist for Best Chef Southeast. A native of North Carolina, he started in the restaurant at age 16 and has cooked all throughout the south. He prides himself on his relationships with local fisherman and farmers, and crafting simple dishes showcasing the freshest regional and seasonal products.
